I'm not sure what set of numbers/letters would help identify this watch but here goes. c300-q00192 720194 GN-4-S This piece sat unused and not-running for some time. I only a few days ago put a new battery in it. It seems to work, I am able to set everything except the arms... I would like the arms to display my local time. I have gone through the pdf manual from the citizen website several times and I cannot get it to flip flop and show my by arms the time it shows me in the digital section. When I hit the buttons it says I need to hit in order for the watch to flip flop it does nothing just beeps and blinks the digital section. I also reset the entire thing, and tried again, still.. I must be missing something? thank you for any help.

Thank you very much. I must have missed the section in the manual which showed how to manually move the arms. All is perfect now! =]
