Great to see the response to market complaints of overly large watches even for people with larger wrists.

I really enjoy the vintage case. I look frward to more news including hand and dial options!

So is the anticipitated L2L width between 51-54mm?  If so, which one of the models will have the 51mm measurement?

All our watches have to meet my taste :b (btw, I like big watches :b. You won´t see anything below 42mm from H2O), but at the end it´s YOU who purchase the watches. Therefore listining to the audience is important and we tried to integrate your requests as much as possible. Of course, it´s impossible to make a watch for everybody, but with our 5 watches we will give a good choice. We will also have an agressive price for the outercases so that everybody could really take advantage from our system.

It was difficult to render the dials, as they are all sandwich style dials. I will make separately renderings from the dial and handset only.

I veiwed this first, very early in the morning....and did not read it , just looked at the pics....

Now that I have read through it......HOT DAMN!!

Seriously, my favorite is still the dress version, but the fact you can swap out an entire case, to all those other cases, then when you think about hand set and dials, colors, finishes, etc.......no end to the possibilites.

This has to be one of the most innovative ideas for a watch I have seen in long time. Very excited to see more about them, the prototypes, etc..pricing.
Very very stoked!

Clemens, is there a tentative date when these will be available (or did I miss it)?

The more I read, the more I like.  First of all (and most importantly), I love the look of a few of the styles (dress, classic, vintage), but I had no idea about the modular/interchangeable aspect of these watches.  The concept is genius (as Spaceview said) and I'm excited.

Well done :c

Clemens, can you elaborate more on how the customer will interchange the case.....any tools required to do so? Is it easy, difficult.
And lastly, how secure will it be when you interchange it. Does it lock into place. Any chance of accidental coming apart?

Clemens I would pesonally like tothank you for the new Orca. It will take me awhile to digest all the info. I can appreciate all the hard work and time and money invested in this piece. I would also like to say that I am very pleased with my Kalmar. The watch is rugged, Unusual, and huge. It is for sure a watch I would never part with

We had been thinking about different types of connecting the watch inner case to the outer case. We believe the most secure way is to look the inner case with 4 hex screws. Two of these screws are going through the lugs on each side. Of course those screws have the same hex screw head like used the ones used for the lug screw and the hex screws on the bracelet. So one tool serves all. With all 4 screws locked the inner case will sit bomb proof in the middle of the case. Also the tolerances between inner and outer case are just small to increase the stability of the construction.

The diameter on all cases is 44mm. I personally like the bigger watches. :-)

This is some next level stuff.  Love the concept.  I may have just found my summer purchase for 2012.

And that bracelet is also a head turner

I was hoping the DRESS and VINTAGE be in the 51mm range.  I am really liking this concept, but will you be producing 40-42mm watches with L2L of 50mm for thin wristed watchfreeks?  If you do, I just hope you carry the concept towards the 40-42mm case sizes.:WW

Great to see innovation and enterprise combined in a interchangeable mix-and-match concept.  I would love to see a black case and black bracelet added to the selection.
