Its a quartz...It should be dead on. Thats what quartz is known for, dead on accuracy.

Ouch!

Sorry If I came off wrong, I didnt mean to. Was just stating, that with a quartz, you never really have to worry about accuracy, as opposed to autos.

So I've been figuring out what my next purchase should be. I'm completely tapped out after picking up that Magrette Regattare 2011. So I figured I have some time to save up and figure out what to get next. And my mind and heart keep coming back to Marathon.

Was wondering for those that have owned either a JSAR or TSAR, what are the major differences, beyond the obvious size? Random thoughts, emotional based comments and opinions along with hard tangible facts and are all welcome. Just looking for some perspective.

I've looked at photos, read reviews, and watched youtube videos. What I can't discern is if the JSAR is going to be too large for my 7" wrist.

Case measurements on Countycomm's site has the TSAR at 46mm and the JSAR at 46.6mm? Which leads me scratching my head because from comparison pics an videos, the JSAR makes the TSAR look tiny and I'm thinking the JSAR can't be just .6mm larger, can it?

Thanks for your input in advance...and just for reference sake here are the 2 watches.

Have you made a decision yet on which one you want to go with, JSAR or TSAR?

I have a 2001 Marathon GSAR with a 25 Jewel 2824 A2 movement and love it. Bought it from the government (7) pieces and had it professorially overhauled, everything done.
