I agree with the video for the most part except #1.  I'm not knocking Invicta, the SAN's just don't do anything for me.

Enjoy!

The list is decent....could agree with most of them, especially under $300. I would add Momemtum watches to that list as well .

Well informed reviews - i would agree with him on all of the choices - I dont know if I'd rate the SAN III as #1 although i did love that model when i owned it

gotta love the website name (LOL) i didnt even know i had copied the name until a couple of years ago when i stumbled into the blog/page

I agree, it is a pretty good list. I would probably have all of them there but not necessarily in that order.

I would be happy to dive with most of the watches on this list. But, I have no desire to try and read the busy dial of a SAN III at 100'. Not a bad list. I've added a couple to my "need to get" list.

I also feel Momentum watches deserve to be on this list. Great value for the money across their entire line up, not just the under$300 category.

seems odd, with all of the great watches out there, to have two invictas in the top ten, doesn't it?

...and since when is an invicta subaqua noma under $300? i guess they aren't taking into consideration msrp, and that seems odd too.

last comment, the luminox doesn't have a screw down crown (some of the invicta pro divers don't either). i thought that was mandatory for dive watch consideration.

yeah, i'm not taking sides, or implying anything (okay, maybe i am), but i'm fairly new to watches compared to most everyone else here, so i've read a lot of what those more experienced have to say. i've never read anywhere, ever, that anyone preferred a subaqua noma to a monster.

no screw-down crowns? then they are not dive watches period.
they are sport watches so why are they on the list.
I suggest someone start a new list and throw this one out completely

sounds about right. there are certain things that should be mandatory in order for a given watch to be considered i think.

I think it would help to determine their criteria. Seems to me it might be looks or something irrelevant. However I looked at many of these recently and them all very nice, but would push the reactor up the list to the top - GREAT bezels! The seikos and deep blues rule too!

Nice list but to place an Invicta above Seiko, Deep Blue, Citizen etc. kinda taints the listing.

Totally agree. The Ecozilla or the Monsters should have been 1 and 2.

Great Top Ten presentation. I think that given ones personal preference in watches many could change the listing around but I think most would certainly agree that all of these watches belong on the list.

Good Job.

I look forward to watching more of your thoughts about watches ad the industry in general.

I stopped the video as soon as an Invicta soiled the screen at 0:32 sec.  :%
