:%:%:%I love the Caribbean Islands.  I've never been to St. Kitts or Nevis.  That is a definite possibility. I think they have some all inclusive resorts there also.:b

The Fall Foliage is at its best in October here in the Smokies and the accomodations are free.  :b

You could always hit the Big Easy.....New Orleans has very nice weather there that time of year.  Your wife likes beachs.....you can always head over to Biloxi to the Beau Rivage Casino....great beaches!!!  You've got great food there, golf courses all over the place.  The Beau Rivage has a golf package at a high end course, Tom Fazio's Fallen Oaks Golf Course...Rated one of the two best Casino Courses in the US.  You can also play an Arnold Palmer course in Bay St. Louis, MS...less than a half an hour from Biloxi...and if you want to play in New Orleans, there is the TPC Course in Avondale where they play the PGA Tour event.  Plus...come on...New Orelans man....!!!!  I know...I use to live there....the restaurants, The French Quarter....man....what else can you ask for!!!  There is no place like New Orleans!!!!

You really should try Detroit, MI.

I hear that accomodations (if you can find them) are quit reasonable.

I would unquestionably suggest you go to Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. Has just about everything you can ask for in a warm vacation spot AND an incredible amount of just amazing attraction.

http://www.atlantis.com/default.aspx - just look at the picture and video on their home page - stunning and nothing like it anywhere else

I went to Switzerland,and Greece last year Rob.Both were amazing places.You will not be disappointed.Now you may spend a little more than 4G.But it's money well spent.Italy is next on my target.....
If you come to the East coast,New York is the place to be.Although a busy town.There's so much you can do.It's a 24/7 town.And upstate N.Y.,is simply breathtaking.The mountains,and all the sights are spectacular.N.Y. rules.Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Good luck Rob.

What about the Netherlands?

But don’t come here in October. It rains a lot.:(
My favorite destination is the north of Italy;

How about a visit to England? You can look up our buddy Dane. Fellow officer should provide you with some British hospitality.
