Hello all,

New here. About three years ago I ran across this watch on ebay.  I fell in love with it but missed the auction. I tried endlessly to find it elsewhere but no one had it. Since then I've been browsing here and there for it. I ran across this site and decided to see if anyone had one or knows of one for sale.

The one I saw had the red face and a blue leather band. I've also seen pictures of it with a metal band, which is still ok. Thanks all.

I did a little looking.

That's a tough one.

All I can say is be patient. Something always pops up.

EBay will probably be your best bet on most discontinued watches. You will get it eventually. If you post this on most watch forums I'm sure somebody will hook you up with one.

thanks for the replies guys. I have the actual model number and some pictures in my home computer. I'll post those later.

Rob, what other watch sites do you recomend? I've been an 'enthusiast' of watches for a while and have an omega and breitling in mind, but my first step would be finding this one.

I have an almost new Citizen Navihawk Thunderbirds watch with a red face and blue leather band.  It was worn maybe 2-3 times and then placed in my jewelry box for the last six years.  It's almost in mint condition.  No scratches on the bezel.  Asking price $250.

Welcome to Watch Freeks Yolanda.  I would send the OP a PM and see if he's interested in your watch

Thanks,

Nice looking watch. I guess if they did one for the Blue Angels, They couldn't leave out the Thunderbirds.

Which came first? Only kidding.

Hi...
I too for years have looked in vain for a Citizen Navahawk "Thunderbird" Model...I finally found one thru the wife of a Nellis AFB wife...off of Craigs List...Lady wanted $50...said it needed a new battery...but really needed more...

Did some research thru Citizen...they have a great system in place to service older watches...
The service center replaces crystal, all gaskets & all pushers.
The watch originally had a metal band...

Service and new band $177...

Very hard to find...took me at least 13 yrs...
