I just responded to your email a few minutes ago. After doing so and reviewing my other emails in my inbox, I was directed to this post by a friend at Watch Freeks. I am relatively new at Resco, but I would like to apologize for all of the issues that you have had with your Gen 1 Resco Patriot. I can imagine your view of Resco isn't very positive at the moment, and I don't blame you if that is the case.
Now that I am aware of how many problems you have had in the past, I would be happy to email you a pre-paid shipping label first thing on Monday morning when I get into the office. I will take care of you to the best of my ability.
There's no excuse for having to return a watch 4 times for repairs, so I won't give you one. I will, however, do everything in my power to make this right for you.

I'm working on getting that shipping label emailed to you as soon as our UPS admin panel clears the transaction, which should be tomorrow at the latest. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
We will get your Gen 1 Patriot up and running in no time and when we are able to offer you the Swiss movement upgrade I will send another pre-paid shipping label to you so you can send it in for the upgrade at no expense to you.
