I have been on the lookout for a white ceramic watch for my wife. Also wanted something over 40+ mm. I may have found it.
Appears to be a great price at Ashford (in comparison to other retailers), but I don't know much about the brand.
Is this a respected brand or a fashion watch?

My first "grail" was the Rado Ovation when it debuted about 13 years ago to celebrate finishing my first relationship. It cost me a little over $1,500 then and now I've seen some for $350 on the bay but it looked like it was worth way more than what I paid back then.
Rado is the King of ceramic and tungsten watches, IMO. Nobody was doing ceramic nor tungsten watches before them, I believe.
The one I had was a cross between ceramic and titanium that looked like a polished tungsten without the tungsten weight.
If I wanted to buy my wife a white ceramic watch and could afford the best so she can brag about it (my wife wouldn't brag anyways) I'd go for Rado.
They have been respect diver watch makers (and non-diver) for many decades. Look up Rado on eBay and you'll see so many of their pieces still alive and looking great.
Just finished sizing it for my wife. Confusing process at first, but all makes sense now. The ceramic links are like shells that slide onto the links themselves. Found a description on how to do the sizing here Rado True Ceramic Ladies - Removing Links?
Anyway, she loves it.
Funny, all sized up one month after posting this thread asking opinions..... ok, maybe just funny to me.
