lol thanks, the rolex probably has the most wrist time out of all them. after i got it, it was my everyday watch for almost a year so it needs a good cleaning. Iwas 22 when I bought it so it's been everywhere, clubs, boat, shooting range, movies, name it and it's been there (not down a sewer lol).now its my business or nice occasion watch. I noticed everything looked real dirty after I saw the pics on the computer lmao i wasn't abbout to retake everything.

Yea it's an ar-15. AR-15s are modular guns, i can take parts off of mine and swap them with your dads colt and it'll work the same. different brand different quality control and little features. theyare built that way so in an emergency if youbreak something u can grab if from any other ar-15 u might happen to find.Ur dad's probably has a notch in the barrel where you would mount a grenade launcher (which civilians can't own anyways) where if you look at mine the barrel is the same diameter so it's a heavier barrel. so little thing here and there make them different. Sorry for the long reply it's just when I get into something I learn as much as possible lol. I'm not like a crazy guy with his basement full of guns. I just have my glock for everyday carry and my rifle forif they try to take it away ( or looters after hurricanes too).

dad's got a Glock, too (19, i think). he's been doing USPSA competitions with the Glock and the Colt. dropped some serious cash on the Colt- holographic sight, some crazy mounting system for tactical flashlights, etc... scares the hell outta my wife (she's the typical Massachusetts liberal :lol). personally, i'd have spent it on what i shoot- Canon dSLR :b a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS is my personal "grail" :wf

Not if you grew up with my dad!!! We called his room "The Arsenal"....we could have fought our own war. My father at one time had at least 100 high power rifles...mostly 30.06's and .308's. We had about 6 shotguns ( 4 of which were mine)...at least a dozen or so pistols...my brothers uber expensive Anshutz 22 calibermatch rifle...he was on the college ROTC rifle team....man...the list was long and distinguished. That doesn't count all the reloading equipment we had to learn how to use...as if we wanted to go shooting...we had to load our own ammo. I had at one timea 30.06 rifle I used for hunting and a .308 I used for shooting in matches. My older brother qualified for the Camp Perry Nationals one year...and I qualified for the Silhouette Shooting Nationals2 times. Still have my jacket with all my patches on it too. Dad was also an Olympic coach after he retired...spent almost every summer for at least 10 years in Colo. Springs coaching all the shooters for the Olympics.

But...he's 80 now and most of his collection is gone...what is left was dispersed among all of us guys. We use to have a lot lf fun though shooting.
