You would think that after working a 12 hour shift bottling whisky and spirits that I wouldn't want to look at any type of alcohol. But I like having a "wind down" when I get home. Even after having a filler valve fail while I was adjusting it and getting drenched in vodka!

^^^^^Mmmmm..... Drenched in vodka. Might have to try that!

Tonight... A swim and Manhattan on the beach. Doesn't get much better than this. The Happy Hour Thread-imageuploadedbytapatalk1374361847.032307.jpg

No, it burns in the eyes! Not too mention how it feels on your skin. I swear, one night I'm going to get pulled over smelling of booze and the police will not believe me!

You better believe it! Tequila has magic effects on me turning my nights instantly to daytime. My favorite brands are 1800 and Casa Noble for my sipping nights, which I tend to sip and enjoy my tequila now that I'm older I really enjoy the taste and savoring it. You've got me craving some now.

I've never had Casa Noble. Is it as smooth has 1800?

It is really smooth, actually smoother than 1800. 1800 still is my top choice.

I stumbled upon one of my 'grail' beers today at the beverage center. Lost Coast Double Trouble Imperial IPA, one of my most favorite west coast IPA's and all but impossible to get here in NY State.

Needless to say,I bought it on the spot and fired up the kegerator which has been idle for the past few months.

So with 15.5 gallons of beer in the house, it's officially happy hour... from 5 'til February!

I feel a party coming on..
