I guess you have to be here but, my dog really hates flies. I can always tell when there's a fly in the house. The dog will sit in the middle of the room with her radar on staring into space. She'll finally zero in on the fly and track it down. Then the fun starts. All you hearare teeth coming together like dozens of mouse traps going off. She'll keep after the fly until she's able to snatch it out of the air. Then she'll spit it out and step on it to be sure it's dead. Funny as hell. I was on the phone one day when she was "working" on a fly. The person on the phone heard the teeth coming together and asked "what the hell is that noise" I had to explain about the dog.

She does the same thing with bees. Never gotten stung. Crazy dog.

On the other hand my cat just watches the dog andwill havenothing to do with catching flies. It just sits on my lap, staring into my face, trying to use some kind of cat ESP to get me to give her treats.

Go figure.

No, I don't know what kind of watch you should get.

Haha, I love how all pets seem to have their own personality. I love getting a new pet and learning all the details of their personality and all of their little quirks.

That's funny, TC . . . pets can be so entertaining! :lol

My Jack Russel does something similar . . . a combination of "let's play with the fly/bug/whatever", yet let's make sure that it's dead. Doesn't work when she wants to keep playing with it, but it's squished on the floor/table/carpet/wherever. :%

LOL TC. My English Mastiff, Bobo didn't like flies either. Snap'em up and chug'em down, LOL.

We'll see how the new baby does. Yep! The one in my new avatar. A Cane Corso or Italian Mastiff. In the pic he is 3 weeks old. He is now 5 weeks old and we get him at 8 weeks. Linda is extremely excited.

Oops! Didn't mean to get off track here. Just wanted to share that with you guys. :b

Oh! Almost forgot! Because he's Italian, we named him "Capone" :lol
