Default Casio Edifice 5202 losing time

Hi, I have had my Casio edifice 5202 for a couple of years now and for half of that it has been losing time. If I change my world time location it is about 4 minutes off, then I have to correct via "hand home position" for the 4 minutes it's out. Is there a way of resting the watch or correcting the movement?

Thanks for any advise.
