Default Casio Oceanus time sync incorrectly changes date.

I recently bought a Casio Oceanus OCW-S100, and I really like it. However, I have an odd problem. Whenever I wake up in the morning, and a radio time sync has occurred, it has set the date to be one day ahead. (Those times I've stayed up to Midnight, I have seen the date advance by one appropriately, so I know it's not a problem with that it changing on its own at Midnight.)

I've made sure that the home timezone is correct, so I don't know what's going on. It's annoying to discover this having happened and needing to change the date back by one again every time.

I have thought to keep my watch set one day behind *deliberately* to see if the time sync will then adjust it - and keep it adjusted - but I haven't managed to remember to do that yet. (And the idea of wearing it all day with the date wrong doesn't seem right to me.)

Any other thoughts here would be appreciated. (And, yes, in the extreme I can set the date and then disable time sync. But, again, that would seem to defeat the purpose of the watch.)

Solved! When I got the watch, the date was not correctly vertically aligned. I did a manual home alignment - but I must have changed it so that it was aligned with "2" showing, not realizing that the watch (as silly as it sounds) was remembering this itself in addition to just the position. So, I myself gave it a +1 date offset!

I've done another manual home alignment. And, after about 5 attempts (because I kept "missing" the exact moment to stop the date adjustment - and it seems it won't let you move the number backwards only forwards) got the "1" to align perfectly.
